谁有资格? (因项目而异)*

• Graduating seniors and graduates
• Non-­Chinese citizens in good health; and
• For the master’s degree program: those who have a Bachelor’s degree and are under the age of 35.

我如何申请?

• Before proceeding with your application, it is important to discuss your plans with 凯特灵 or Caitlin Roberts Donovan of the 奖学金 team. Appointments are made online through 握手.  (Cannot find an available appointment? Drop by 奖学金 Pop-Up Advising: no appointment required. 看到我们的 事件列表 for details of virtual pop-ups.)
• Applicants for a Chinese Government Scholarship must first apply for 韦尔斯利's nomination for the Scholarship.

☐ Two letters of reference (these should be academic references relevant to the proposed program of study; please request that letters be submitted by their writers, as pdfs of signed texts on letterhead, 通过 这个链接: should they have any difficulty with the link, please ask them to email their letters to fellowships@kiwian.com).

☐ Copy of the official online Chinese Government Scholarship application form (find the official brief about study in China, as well as application instructions for study in 2023-24, 看到 在这里), with all required supporting materials, including, e.g.:

☐ Statement of interest (one page) describing how this year of study will fit in with your goals for the future, and why you chose the one­ or two­ semester program.

☐ Study plan (看到 online application)

☐ In place of the "highest diploma or graduation certificate" please request a formal enrollment verification (including current enrollment status and 预期 date of graduation; 看到 online application; request enrollment verifcation according to the instruction on the 韦尔斯利 College Registrar's 网站)

☐ Official transcript(s) - please request that one official hardcopy of your 韦尔斯利 College transcript, along with any other applicable college transcripts (e.g., from a transfer or study abroad institution), be sent to Katherine Dailinger, 奖学金项目, 韦尔斯利 College Career Education, 绿色大厅441, 中央街106号, 韦尔斯利，马萨诸塞州02481. These must arrive as close to the campus application deadline as possible: this can take more time than you expect, 所以请提前计划!

☐  韦尔斯利 奖学金 office signature document (请打印、签名 & 填上日期, then submit a scanned pdf or other image of the signed document along with your application materials.  If you do not have access to a printer, an e-signature will suffice.)

***Note that nominees will also need a medical form and certification that they have no criminal record, 所以请提前计划 - and contact the 奖学金 office for further advice.

Expected campus application deadline: noon on January 3, 2024.
Applicants should submit the required materials by the campus deadline, 通过 the Google form 在这里. Please request that letters of reference be submitted by their writers 通过 这个链接 (should they have any difficulty with the link, please ask them to email their letters to fellowships@kiwian.com). Don’t forget to request official transcripts be mailed to the 奖学金 office.
